Diana L. Dill Ed.D.

I am a consulting and coaching psychologist, social scientist, educator, and behavioral health provider. Over 25+ years of practice I have been privileged to help hundreds of talented physicians, advanced practice clinicians, scientists, and entrepreneurs to lead confidently, thrive professionally, work effectively with others, and deliver outstanding service to patients.

Since the 2010s when we saw increasing challenge to the health care industry, I have dedicated myself to supporting healthy workplaces and healthy work lives for those in medicine, through Working Together For Health℠.  Prior, I spent many years designing and delivering evidence-based coaching, consultation, and educational programs to highly-trained individuals and work groups across the professions, including in technology, the sciences, law, design, government, finance, and academia.  I have also maintained a clinical practice throughout my career.

I am a graduate of Brown and Harvard Universities. I continue to find that my training in developmental psychology—the unfolding of human potential through the life span-- is an excellent foundation for empowering those who wish to develop extraordinary competencies. Post-graduate training in organizational psychology showed me how to apply systemic change principles to the workplace. Additional post-graduate training in cognitive-behavior therapy taught me to apply personal change principles to empower clients to achieve their goals.

I was on faculty at Harvard Medical School and a staff psychologist at McLean Hospital and Westwood Lodge Hospital earlier in my career.  I am a member of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, the Institute of Coaching, and the Federation of State Physician Health Programs.  I have been on faculty at Physician Health Services of the Mass Medical Society and at the Institute for Lifestyle Medicine, and serve on the Wellness Committee of the American Dental Association. I value the opportunity to share practice innovations with colleagues; see a sample of recent publications and presentations below.
